前不久，美国经济政策研究所(The Economic Policy   Insititute)根据衣食住行等家庭事项，进行数据统计，发布了最新的全美州地区家庭预算计算器(Family Budegt   Calculator)。综合来看，美国东南部生活费用高，压力较大，生活水平较低。数据显示，例如洛杉矶地区正常的生活费用每年至少要在$9.3万才行，但每个月收入中位数却仅有$6.6万....

　　据美国ECRI(经济政策研究所)数据显示，将这些来自美国611个都市区，3142个县的10种家庭(1-2个父母和0-4个孩子)类型分别收集，最终得出的他们想要达到舒适生活水平，在房价、食物、交通、儿童看顾、医疗等参考因素开销情况。

　　以洛杉矶县为例，据美国人口普查数据，洛杉矶县家庭年收入中位数仅有$6.6万。但ECRI数据显示，四口之家要想在洛杉矶有一个正常的生活水平每月需花费$7691，家庭年收入至少要达$9.3万才行，显然理想和现实差距有点大.....

　　但除了四口之家外，其它家庭或单身贵族的每月花销费用约为：

　　单身： $3568；

　　一个家长和一个孩子：$5890；

　　一个家长和两个孩子：$7012；

　　一个家长和三个孩子：$9131；

　　一个家长和四个孩子：$9625；

　　一对夫妇：$4697；

　　一对夫妇和一个孩子：$6716；

　　一对夫妇和两个孩子：$7692；

　　一对夫妇和三个孩子：$9486；

　　一对夫妇和四个孩子：$10022。

　　果不其然，有了孩子之后，生活质量一下子回到解放前.....

　　除了洛杉矶外，其它地区的生活费用开销如何?

　　根据这组最新的生活水平数据显示，包括橙县和Irvine在内的Santa Ana/Anaheim等都市区，一个标准的四口之家每月需花$8598美元，每年$103174美元。

　　河滨、圣贝纳迪诺等Riverside/San Bernardino/Ontario   城市区，一个4口之家的花费，每月为$6528美金，每年$78336美金，可以说是相当便宜了。

　　总体来看，美国西部的生活水平较高，南部和东南部生活水平很低，可见其生活费用相应的很高。南加的生活水平的确是“笑傲全国了”。下图颜色越深代表总体生活水平越高。

　　截至2018年1月南加的房价中位数水平大约在$27-78万美金之间。
